The kids needed to use the bathroom after walking around the Grand Palace. When we looked for restroom nearby, we discovered this very fancy restroom store. It had shiny lights on, with a turnstile at the entrance. It says 1 dollar each time. I wasn’t sure if two people using the same stall at the same time count as one time (I can’t belive I just typed that), so I was trying to use my very broken french mix with English to ask the attendant. She got so annoyed and yelled something in French, took the one dollar, and just asked us to go in. The restroom was clean, with air conditioning. Surprisingly, it was my first time and last time paying to use a restroom. We didn’t have to pay in Paris, nor in Amsterdam. Lucky!
